RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange requested.  

 

You may request a return or exchange on any unused items at the address below. Prior authorization is required.  Please contact us at sales@dunoonusa.com for authorization. 

 

Items returned must be in brand new, saleable condition with stickers still on. No used items will be accepted. We reserve the right to deny return shipment for any reason. Items which arrive to us broken will receive no refund and no credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

For exchanges, please check our site to choose the items you wish to substitute and indicate by reply. Exchanges are for like-items only, of equal or lesser value. To the best of our ability, we will reserve stock for your exchange. In the event of a price difference, a credit or an invoice will be issued, as appropriate.

 

In the event of breakage, we must be notified within 3 business days of receipt.  Please keep all original packaging materials for 7 days in the event our carrier wishes to inspect.  Returned items must be shipped back within 10 days of return authorization.

We recommend insuring your return shipment against breakage. Items which arrive to us broken will receive no refund and no credit. If insured items arrive broken or damaged, you can file a claim with the carrier. 

 

Once we receive your package, we will ship out your exchanged items.  Please note as the items are not defective you are responsible for any additional shipping charges.
